Pros
Half of my colleagues were good, helpful and willing. They are trying to improve SW products, especially by using new technologies and new methodologies.
Cons
The other half of my colleagues were backward, slow or without passion to do their job the best they can. It was a very big pressure on development to accomplish project (overtime, no QA, chaos). Management was incapable (no risk analysis) and totally out of reality. It's a big corporation with no or ridiculous benefits. Senior developers are leaving with no replacement.
