      Pros

      Very casual atmosphere, OSI is able to maintain a startup feel while being an established company. Employees are given a lot of autonomy, and will be promoted into the position that mirrors the responsibilities they take on. Employees are given a lot of opportunities to provide feedback, and communication is very open.

      Cons

      Distributed employees from travel can be difficult. Can't be afraid to ask for guidance if you need it, as everyone has their own projects and experience that can be hugely helpful.

      Experience that will take your career to the next level. Ability to have anonymity or work as a team. Great benefits, time-off policies, and compensation packages. Supports the local community.

      Need to work on internal communication, employer 401K matching, more employee outings, work-life balance may be hard at times

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities to demonstrate your value to the team. Startup culture, very personable, dedicated and motivating colleagues.

      Cons

      Growing pains are a given, so if you're not interested in adapting to change this isn't the place for you. If you're not a good cultural fit it's going to be difficult for you.
