Not at all what was promised during recruitment... - Business Development Rep ManageForce Employee Review

Pros

I deeply regret ever having accepted an offer from this company. I rejected two other offers from respectable, legitimate companies (whose reputation I could easily verify) based on the empty promises of the ManageForce hiring executive. I was definitely sold a bill of goods. I thought the position sounded a bit too good to be true and I should've trusted my instincts.

Cons

Hiring executives lied about opportunities, benefits, and company culture to get me in the door and have access to my contacts. Benefits are not delivered as promised in the employee manual or as outlined in the job offer letter.

Pros

Everyone from the entry level sales team to the partners are all amazing people.

Cons

Since some of the team works remote, it was hard to connect with those co-workers

Pros

Privately owned and you work closely with the Managing Partners. ManageForce is large enough that there is structure, best practices firmly in place, and great references with many large companies we support, but small enough that the owners/management care and are involved directly with the employees, customers, and overall well-being of the company. The company has been growing year over year, even 40+% in the last two years, so it's been great to be a part of this success.

Cons

As mentioned previously the hours can be long, but management is good about working with you on working around family obligations and the financial benefits are worth it.
