I've worked in multiple companies and multiple industries. I've never been so professionally challenged and satisfied. It's due to: * visionary leadership which is taking our now market leading company in a positive path forward trajectory * leadership which empowers employees to lead, and to try something, maybe fail, learn, and re-apply learnings * ability to make a difference every day, doing work I really enjoy * best team / people across the board

Cons

In any company, there are always areas for improvement: * MMIT needs to expand the ways we can support our pharmaceutical clients - this is in the works * MMIT needs to continue to enhance our technology and capabilities - this is in the works * MMIT needs to continue to recruit talent, both because of continued strong growth, and to build for new capabilities / offerings * MMIT needs to ensure we build expertise so that we can provide best-in-class new solutions / offerings
