Be warned!!!!! - Senior Account Manager Managed Technology Employee Review

Where do I start here!? This company was set up just for 2 people i.e. the owners to pillage as many accounts as possible from their previous employer and get as many foot soldiers in to do it for them well just the rubbish leads for them the good leads go to the owners. Then they expect everyone to applaud them and follow them bowling and trips abroad to Villamoura as though we are jesters. They will go back on their word every time and change the goal posts so to keep a few quid back for themselves, if you aren't in the inner circle you are just a foot soldier looking in at the clowns buying supercars every month and showing off as though they are Jeff Bezos. They ideally want newbies through the door and not industry veterans as that way they can paint any picture they want, long standing insiders know how they work and basically run a mile from these 2 clowns.
