Training program is one of the best in the industry with practice group leaders that really know the industry and business challenges. Multiple offices scattered throughout New England with search capabilities both domestic and internationally and a commitment to continuous improvement makes this company one of the best in a very competitive industry.
Cons
We are affected by factors that we have no control over (economics, client hiring freezes etc.), we can do everything right but have the client not come through. Benefit costs are a bit expensive, but may be in line with a typical sized company and certainly a reflection on the health care industry vs. Management Search of Rhode Island.
