Cons
Management bought its way into a leadership position & has no knowledge of how to manage employees. No training provided at all. Selfish & greedy employees succeed and do well- you must value $$ over anything. Employees are either at MSI for 20+ years, or leave after a few months. The turnover rate is so high its hard to keep track of- they can't keep new employees. Old employees are stuck in their ways and will cause the company to become obsolete in the coming years. No new technologies, softwares, or ideas are shared or used. Work/Life balance is possible but you must work nights if you want to get in touch with certain candidates - can cause very minimal work/life balance.
