      Pros

      Good benefits package, prompt feedback from management (email, etc). Easy to work with. As with any consulting job how long you stay, how successful you are and how easily you move to other projects depends on your skill set.

      Cons

      Pay is always on-time, but sometimes when payday falls on a weekend or holiday direct deposit shows up the day after instead of the day before as outlined in the employee handbook.

      Great management (attentive and fair), competitive pay and benefits and super fast response from corporate regarding any questions about HR matters, etc.

      No micro Management, not stressful environment.

      Cons

      Be prepared to be neglected. Working hard a& innovative serves no purpose must adapt and swim like all other fishes or else you will actually be in trouble. No room for growth, 1% raises at most.
