Pros
If you are good at buttering and licking JD's a** then you will feel like heaven otherwise it will fell like hell. But one thing team leads r very good Shair,Debayan,Beni but they also dont have any option because of that manager and that bogus client.
Cons
They have only one client so job security is not there.Other I didnt find anything good expect those TL's. DONT JOIN OTHERWISE PEACE WILL GO FROM YOUR LIFE .
