Pros
Owners are fantastic, they treat employees as though you are valued. The Hours are great and they feed you way to many donuts.
Cons
Needs some major streamlining, lack of communication in areas. Streamline and make it a must for management and lower employees to stand by this. If management comes across a snag then all need to figure out the best way to get past that snag.
