      Pros

      Most of the people continue to work at the company for the kids. When you're not asked to sub multiple times in a week, you really get to know the children that are at the school you're at.

      Cons

      -There was horrible communication between the managers or even the people at the top of the company. -Working minimum wage for lots of expectations/responsibilities. -There was lots of favoritism. Some people were frequently asked to substitute while others hardly ever did. -Seems like everything is about what makes them look good but isn't what's in the best interest for the children.

      Pros

      You can challenge yourself in lesson planning, and creativity. It's a great experience for those in a field where you are going to be working or teaching K-5

      Cons

      Stress, but that can be managed like any other. The good will always outweigh the bad. It's a great job and there really are no real Cons.
