Incredibly flat structure - Anonymous employee Mando Group Employee Review

It's refreshingly easy to come in and make an impact on the business. Mando is really good at encouraging staff to come forward and suggest any changes or improvements to the business and the way it operates, and you do feel your voice is heard. No one is too senior, or too important to get some time with either and there's a really flat structure. It's a genuinely nice company; everyone is really friendly and welcoming and the CEO, Ian, puts a big emphasis on CSR - it's pretty impressive the amount of charitable stuff the agency is involved with.
