They prioritize profits over their employees' well-being. This becomes evident in the management's unorganized approach and upper management's cold and unnecessarily corporate behavior. You're just a cog in the machine, and personal growth or job satisfaction are not part of the equation. The job expectations are clear: be an absolute robot with no feeling. The lack of empathy and the stifling work environment make it far from a good experience. If you're seeking a position where your writing skills and individuality are valued, Mango5 may not be the right fit for you.
