Pros

nothing really. At least there is a parking lot.

Cons

Cheap owner, and entitled son of owner who came to "part time" during summer (managers kiss up to him, disgusting.) don't work here unless you can't find other employment, this company won't advance your career. Very limited resource to meet homeowners' meet (they are in business of HOA/COA management), putting a lot of stress on the customer facing staff. Angry homeowners and tenants calling all the time. You can also go to Yelp and read the angry reviews left by customers.

Pros

If you're ambitious, there is a lot of room for growth. You get out of it what you put in. The company is growing and improving every year. The Manor utilizes current technology to streamline and is currently updating its CRM. Each person makes an impact. Everyone is friendly. Upper Management does not micro manage. Company events and lunches. Somewhat flexible schedules. Leadership, Ric Perez in particular, is dedicated to employee and company growth and are willing to mentor. Reimbursement for CCAM if you pursue it. This is a great company and we treat each other like family.

Cons

Parking can be tough sometimes.

Pros

Since I have worked here, I have always seen people going out of there way to help one another, and you can tell that the CEO of the company and leadership is working hard to make it a pleasant and productive workplace.

Cons

With all the upgrades there is a lot of movement and new stuff to learn so you just have to be good at adapting.
