      It's a great environment! the work is challenging and there are lots of opportunities to learn and acquire industry certifications. Management is very supportive and flexible. My coworkers have a great team attitude. and the benefits are very good.

      The banking industry can be frustrating to work in at times when regulations don't keep up with technology developments.

      The customers. I had some of the best customers. Laid back

      Cons

      The People in charge of hiring really do not know how to hire. I had worked there for 11 years. Our managers used to do the hiring for there branch. It is now one person who is in charge of hiring and since she has been in charge it has become a revolving door. And unfortunately the Main office is there primary focus. Other branches are left understaffed while the main office is over staffed.
