Lack of structure across various business units, feeling of lack of strategic outlook, focus on acquiring as many projects as possible instead of optimising existing projects.

Excellent team and management department. Was able to travel and quickly build trust and take on new responsibilities within the team.

I don't have anything negative to write. Fantastic opportunity with an elite motorsports team. Wouldn't have traded the opportunity for anything else.
