      Well, I guess you learn to control yourself

      Cons

      Cannot talk to another team's manager, and you're basically out. Bugs never go away, if we actually fixed everything, people wouldn't look busy. Always use customers to test new software, which means they're constantly complaining. Super political, it's not about your skills, it's about who you "line up" with.

      No KPI to achieve. Kind of easy worklife.

      Cons

      No increment and bonus. Benefit is kind of under market rate. Then, feel a bit hopeless after listen to Townhall meeting content.
