      Great place for flexible working and to be able to work from home to pick up kids from school etc.

      Cons

      Many people have been there for over 10 years so always same faces etc and not many new people

      Senior Management genuinely care about their staff. Flexibility is a big benefit. If you work hard, you wil be rewarded.

      Some people take advantage of the flexibility and the goodwill of the company.
