Pros
Company really cares about the community. Lots of site traffic.
Cons
Lack of benefits. Would love to see them find a way to create a retirement plan or some other sort of benefit packages. I wish our percentage of our wages went to something other than creating new idea for the website that people do not enjoy half the time.
