Pros
Mega solution that customers love, a lot of opportunity to flip customers from competitors that just don't have what Mapbox have. Overperformance against targets is visible for the rest of the people in the team.... it doesn't seem like the investors are looking to keep half the team under target like a lot of places in the space currently. Sales team are closing deals and seem like pipeline gen is doable on forecast calls. Was told it was an outbound role and have already had a couple of very good inbound leads from Enterprise level companies. Very good work life balance.
Cons
Structure and org is lean compared to post IPO tech sales companies so you need to wear a few hats.
