Great staff, pay is also great. You get a family meal at the end of your shift and it's a good exercise. Good for college students or others in their 20s.
Cons
Gap in between shifts is too long. I get 32.5 hours per week but my workday is almost 14 hours long from the beginning of my commute to when I get home.

Pros
The people, and the environment feels great. There aren't many people that you couldn't have a relaxing "surface level" conversation with.
Cons
There need to be significantly more opportunities for upward trajectory. At the moment it feels that moving up the ranks is a near futile effort.
