Pros

Depending on your position and the census, it can be pretty laid back. Management is fairly easy to talk to if you need something. It's easier than other CNA/nursing jobs.

Cons

Sometimes the clinical staff seems to be lacking support and get picked on a lot. There is a lot of clickiness within the staff as well. People seem to have bad attitudes a lot, and if someone doesn't like you, or if you mess up, everyone gangs up on you. My job was fairly decent and I got along with everyone and loved the residents and patients, but sometimes it was really difficult. The pay is honestly horrible.

Management is great and works well with staff. April the CNA coordinator is amazing!

Cons

There is not a mini highland cow with the goats.

Pros

The residents are fun to get to know

Cons

Everything about management is awful. They blame every problem on the CNAs and nurses and it's issues administration should be handling.
