      Hugh standards in cleanliness and customer service.

      They set up stores for failure. There’s no protection for employees who turn in managers for abusing their positions.

      Regulars are nice, busy store, different shifts available

      Cons

      No teamwork, Don't give raises, change shifts without asking, want so many tasks completed but not enough workers to get it all done
