      Pros

      Good first job experience. Small workplace.

      Cons

      Ridiculously strict dresscode. Incredibly hard to get days off, a set schedule, or vacation. Upper management only cares about having enough staff available so that they don't have to be on the floor.

      Regulars are nice, busy store, different shifts available

      Cons

      No teamwork, Don't give raises, change shifts without asking, want so many tasks completed but not enough workers to get it all done
