Pros
-If you are laid back that's your place, the majority of people work very little -Lots of chatting and playing all over the day -Flexibility: you can arrive and leave whenever you want, you can pretend working from home, nobody tells you anything -Suitable for beginners with no experience
Cons
-This Company is on borrowed time, the only experience it has is producing losses from the very beginning: it's a tree rotten from the roots. -After the first round of redundancies in the 2016 and a serious exodus of people all over the 2017 (Senior Management included), the company is undergoing another round of redundancies. It is now a skeleton waiting to be sold/dismantled: stay away whether you are a potential customer or employee. -It only left mediocre people ("friends of friends") with low skills and low productivity, any attempt to change or improvement is seen as a danger to their status. -The amateurism, provincialism and unprofessionalism is staggering at all levels of the organisation: from the London office to the headquarter in San Diego which is even worse. -All managers are sitting on cushy jobs, the only skills they possess are how to get as little work/responsibility as humanly possible. -In most of departments you can see very little talent and interest in the job either, if you are a professional with a serious background don't waste your career in this company. -No team spirit at all, people are only interested in draining the company's resources as much as they can. -Nothing works (I seriously mean nothing!) from the processes, systems, products, communication, etc....... -It's a sinking ship and there is no way the situation will improve, I look forward to get out of here very soon.
