Pros
1.) Extremely intelligent and emotionally accommodative team. Anchit and Deborah have been wonderful mentors in training, teaching, and ensuring that their employees are taken care of
2.) Lots to learn and high value in terms of the experience you get meeting clients, copywriting, formulating strategies, building business, and just working as a team
3.) Very kind and generous treatment, with team lunches, celebrating birthdays, celebrating milestones together, and just building a family-esq dynamic.
4.) To be able to see the work-ethic of the founder and how he interacts daily with hundreds of clients, showing the same kind of tenacity, passion, and kindness despite it understandably being tiring, has always been an inspiration, there is so much to learn from how he runs the company and manages the operation as a whole.
5.) The head of training focuses on the foundations in order to build up your basic skills before moving into more intricate tasks. Despite the repetition, it helps to heavily build foundational skills on a personal level that apply to both corporate life, and life in general.
Cons
1.) It can be competitive and challenging at times, but understandably due to the smaller size of the company. Work can be overwhelming but the management does a good job in ensuring that employees opinions are heard and given enough breaks to prevent burn-out.
2.) Training can be a little fragmented due to the flexible nature of the company but overall still efficient and effective.
