Good products, but no clear future road map, products get outdated
Startup environment, so scope for you to learn, but limited to software not hardware or tools
Will look like you are given free hand and able to give suggestions in
weekly meetings
Cons
Salary may be delayed till 3-4 months at times
Environment is very bad, inside a home in a residential facility
No architects/managers you are at your own to learn and deliver
No clear HR policy, so you are at management mercy
Harassment will start when you resign and when you are in your notice period
One of the employee was harassed to a extent of driving to suicide as he decided to join another company where the management had projects going on
Management will try to play with your salaries/Reliving order/Service certificates when you decide to resign from the job
Management not professional, more communal, you are at your own risk
Shares are closely held, so if your views are against them you will be screwed
