Great workplace - Anonymous employee MarCom Group Employee Review

Company culture, management support, and a focus on getting things done makes working at MarCom a rewarding experience. There is a great work/life balance with accountability and support that ensures the company is stand out among its peers in delivering servifes to its customers and internally.

MarCom is a small company, and does suffer from the challenges therein. You need to be flexible in taking ownership, as you might need to take on more than one role until sustaining revenue or business value is delivered to invest in a full-time position for that role. However, there is great team support to ensure that you do not become overwhelmed .

Typically, bucket lists are vacation destinations or once-in-a-lifetime experiences, but I'd make a strong case that MarCom Group be included in yours, because chances are you've never worked for a company like this. This is a company that genuinely cares about its employees and spares no expense in letting them know they are valued. Naturally, with an ethos like that, they attract top talent and the work reflects that. As large as it is, people who work there genuinely enjoy the experience and like one another too.
