3rd shift is its own entity, There is a racist culture throughout. The bosses are sleeping with suborners and if you get on one of the popular ethnicities you become a target. Management will follow you around like a hawk and have as many people as possible watching you. Help is non existent you show work ethic your the new pig for their torture. management has no clue what their doing in regards to keeping a respectful workplace. High turnover due to ethnicity. they will praise there company but as soon as a employee to employee problem escalates HR and supervisors blame the victim and let the bully control the roost.
