Pros
I can't speak highly enough of my time with Marathon Digital. I started as an intern, and now am a remote contractor. The company is collaborative and driven, constantly looking for the most innovative and creative options for whatever they do. The office environment is tons of fun - laid back with lots of laughter - but people are efficient and get things done at the top level. Their internship is incredibly fast-paced and hands-on. They trust their interns (as in, I wasn't doing coffee runs - I was doing legitimate work on major projects). Regardless of position, employees' ideas are taken seriously. People take initiative and want to see each other succeed. All in all, Marathon Digital is a wonderful environment because of the wonderful people and the wonderful work they do!
Cons
Most employees will do some occasional work outside of the typical office hours, but most people recognize that this always comes with the territory in social media!
