Proactive - Machine Operator Marco Group Employee Review

This is the best place I have worked in my entire career. They care about how people are treated. Everyone has to be respectful. They take us to Silver Dollar City every year. We get pay raises AND bonuses each year. Most production workers do not get big bonuses (a couple thou) on top of 5% pay increases.

High expectations and need to work on training programs.

Marco Group is a great place to work. The pros include a great workplace culture, smart management, and opportunity. Those three things I look for at any place I work, I have found them here at Marco.

There aren't any real downsides to working here. It is a growing company, so if you are a person who is reluctant to change, it may not be for you.
