      Pros

      Lots of fresh air, friendly people, relaxed atmosphere, casual, polo and kakie place. I would recommend this place, plus you generally get the winter off

      Cons

      Management doesn't always clearly communicate their goals, you will have to work in most weather conditions, long hours some days, and strict leadership
