Global Food Company Growth Company with International exposure with operations in 5 continents. We made 42 acquisitions, 7 Bonds Issuances and 3 divestments. A lot of international exposure and learning of differents cultures
Cons
The integration proccess was not sucessfully concluded. Consolidated information were not easy to obtain. With lot of operations in five continents and more than 20.000 employees the corporate culture were not easy also to impement. we had a discrepancy of values distributed in the company and benefits were not aligned
