only salary were good but no place for female employee. very bad environment for female . old people leading the company who don’t appear youth talent and skills

no work culture, full with gender baiasness, no personal life, vert hard for women to survive there. full with illiterate people and specially credit department. existing employees and your supervisor will never except you and always mislead you so that you can make mistakes and they will take advantage of that. only HR were good there but still there were no organization policy, even they don’t follow that. Male employee talk rubbish about female employee and make vulgar statements for them at work place and also they do character judgments on the basis of your look and cloths.

Its been wonderful to be a part of the company . I can list the pros as - Great Work Culture , you are in charge of what you are doing and feel appreciated - Feels awesome to work with a talented team - You get ample opportunity to enhance your skills as you work .
