      Pros

      Great technology, and lots of bright individuals

      Cons

      The company doesn't take care of its people. When the pandemic started, there was a 20% pay cut for a few months even after the company got funding. There is no compassion for people going through difficult personal circumstances. Raises have not kept up with inflation. High turnover and teams stretched thin and overworked.

      Excellent company and staff. I believe they have been acquired, so not clear on their current dynamics.

      Abundant change during my short tenure and my position was eliminated after 6 months.

      Hard working, knowledgeable staff; always willing to help one another. Great benefits, especially PTO. Remote friendly company. Good work life balance

      Lack of organization in certain departments, company struggles to stand out in a crowded market. High turnover, especially among C-level leadership. Uncertain financial future.
