Not much room for growth

Outstanding product in Home interiors and great reputation in mid-century modern design

Disorganized, no discernible long-term strategy so very reactive instead of pro-active, say they support women but they actually don't in practice when there are male hires, more interested in reporting skills than actual sales goals, do not understand or appreciate their own intrinsic value as a brand so constantly try to be something they are not.
