Pros
Very good benefits, excellent training. I really enjoyed my job duties, made a lot of friends through working with the agents.
Cons
Much backstabbing. One day everyone was best friends, the next, fellow employees treated you like you had the plague! My supervisor was part of the oroblem. She consistently showed favortism, and talked to one employee about the other. Very unprofessional! Sometimes felt like I was constantly walking on eggshells.
