Pros
Almost everything you read in the previous reviews is accurate when the rating is 3 or below. Management team is concerned with clients reviewing Glassdoor as a part of audits. So team has a plan to increase ratings. So read with care. Great people who care are keeping the organization going despite management team.
Cons
Get in line and agree with what ever is said or get out. Management team is a dictatorship . No plan and it changes ever week. Be prepared to be spoken to in rude and demoralizing ways. Sales team lies to clients and makes promises that are unable to be kept. Then they lie to senior management about what occurred. Not enough supplies. Warehouses full of smart boxes but no sentries. Poor pay. Really bad, Black Manager makes 20k less then white managers at same level. I raised issue to by direct senior management member - and nothing changes. Business has grown dramatically in the last two years. Support groups have not kept up - no HR to get additional people and zero IT. But management doesn’t want to hear that.
