- High turnover rate (people come and go so quickly). - No legitimate training - Severely unorganized - No company culture - Over worked / underpaid / undervalued - Hard to grow within the company / they hardly offer internal promotions - Lack of diversity & inclusion Honestly, took the job out of desperation in the midst of the pandemic after being unemployed for over a year. Seemed like it was promising. I wish I had read the reviews before accepting an offer. It has been a pretty unusual and grueling experience to say the least. I have had four different project managers I have had to report to since being hired, and I have only been here for less than a year. No one really seems to know what is going on or how to properly do things because of the lack of training. This is what you get when you work for a company that is striving to be a billion dollar corporation directly working with big pharma - you are just a machine. They expect you to take on all these projects at once without any clear direction. I have had to take the heat from clients because the project was severely neglected and they are wondering why there has not been any communication from previous members who were working on the project and are no longer with the company. It is a mess. Save yourself some peace and sanity. Know your worth, know your value, and don't settle for a company such as this one because this isn't it. You will thank yourself later when you find something that is worth your time and energy. I have completely given up on this company. When I talked to a recruiter, they told me that they stay far away from hiring anyone to this company because they are very much aware of how terrible this place is - that says a lot right there...I didn't even have to say much without them chiming in to make that statement. Anyway, proceed at your own risk if you want to continue to have high anxiety levels and sleepless nights over a company that doesn't even truly value you as an employee.
