HR does not support employees; only listens to the Royal Family (EC) who promote discord throughout the company HR assumes the worst of their employees and gossip like teenage girls Managers learn to lie to your face and throw you under the bus at every opportunity If you are not European or from India you are not respected regardless of your title or years of experience Your work is not valued and the management team is rude and condescending The pay is lack luster and the benefits are not comparable within the pharma industry CEO and his underlings are only concerned with having people at work for aesthetics and not the safety during a 3 year pandemic High turn over in EVERY department because they are only focused on who's in the office and not the quality of work Management team is a bunch of blubbering idiots especially in cold chain and quality
