      Nice clean office and good coffee machine

      Cons

      A terrible culture of micromanagement, no autonomy, pointless meetings, big disconnect between management and employees. The product doesn't work, bugs, many unhappy clients, a sinking ship.

      Pros

      Heavy focus on investing in people and allowing them to develop new skills and grow internally. The company is also miles ahead when it comes to defining modern ways of working (Market Logic was among the first companies to embrace working from home and new collaborative approaches). The people are amazing and soon become friends. Highly experienced leadership and approachable.

      Cons

      Market Logic is a company that continuously reinvents itself and introduces frequent changes to structures and processes. This is both a con and a pro depending on your point of view - I certainly observed coworkers with strong opinions on either camp.
