You DO get to work with some great people who go above and beyond to help their teams try to succeed in spite of short sighted and weak C-Suite leadership and bullying from senior management that extends all the way down the chain of command. (yes this is listed as a positive because of the people who will be in the trenches with you) The pay is not bad. Depending on your projects, the work-life balance will vary between zero and 'ok'
