The last 2 years have been filled with change (acquisitions, softening economy, organizational redesign, etc...) and we appreciate that during a transformative environment employees are faced with challenges that are often times unexpected. It seems from your review that we have been able to sustain that part of our commitment to our employees. Regarding your perspective on the percentage/ratio of HR team members globally against the population of employees I can understand why you feel the way that you do however we have taken great care to ensure that we provide the necessary HR resources to our employees from recruitment, to WEX, to payroll & benefits, etc... We are definitely not cleaning house nor working towards a liquidation sale. We are committed 100% to the future of MarketCast within the insights space.
