Pros

The team is incredibly talented, driven, and supportive, making it a joy to work every day. The growth opportunities are exceptional - initiative, hard work, and impact are highly valued at every level. The company culture is simply fantastic, with a strong emphasis on trust, teamwork, and mutual support. Everyone wants each other to succeed, creating an environment that allows you to function in the way that works best for you. Seriously,I've worked from a 10-hour time-zone difference for several months, but it was never an issue thanks to the team's amazing support and accommodation. Despite the limited overlap in our schedules, they were always there for me, making it so seamless and highly productive. I have also had teammates who have come from and also gone to different teams in the company based on their inclinations. The management provides that flexibility and freedom so you can do your best in the area you like the best. The product and the vision is incredible and very forward-looking. There is so much potential here. I have learnt and grown so much here. There could not have been a better first job after grad school for me. I highly recommend it.

Cons

No real con here and in my time there, it was like anytime I felt something could be reasonably improved or changed for the better, I could just take the initiative and I will get all the support I need.

Pros

Amazing and brilliant colleagues, quality clients who were challenging but rarely unfair.

Cons

A few arrogant "bad apples" that spoil the whole experience (not CEO)
