Where do I start? Fun and interesting industry and great people makes this my "died and went to heaven" job! Adore how what we do impacts the lives of so many, and how our events bring joy and inspiration to millions every year. While other posts here refer to being "micromanaged" I find the contrary to be true: we, as a show team, get to be very entrepreneurial in how we plan and produce our respective events. Sure, we are held accountable but how do you run a business without accountability? I value the tracking, metrics and reporting that are required to operate our shows. If you are thinking of a sales career with us you need to understand and love the challenge of prospecting, building relationships and maintaining your book of business via extreme customer service. Attention to detail and follow up are critical in this role. Be ready to work long hours if you truly embrace this job and all the responsibilities it entails.
