Pros
Marketron is full of amazing people that truly enjoy working together. The sales team is a tight knit, collaborative group that roots for each other - there is no toxic competition and wins are celebrated by your coworkers! Marketron offers the ability for an autonomous workday, giving you lots of flexibility and ownership of your day to day. The company is growing and there is a current emphasis on cross-departmental training and product training that is a very welcome addition and should help employees grow in their roles and feel a comfortability with other departments. The Denver office continues to grow and although WFH is welcome, the Denver office does focus on culture (happy hours, in-office lunches, team outings pre-pandemic, etc.) Promotions and moving within departments is allowed and encouraged if the right fit presents itself.
Cons
There are some broken processes that need attention throughout the company, from the top. Many employees have cited issues and they need to be evaluated by management to reduce burnout and become more efficient. As the company grows, it's important to maintain transparency across the board, including hires, fires, promotions, product updates/issues, true product launch dates vs. desired, etc. Departments can also tend to be siloed, so it's important to be transparent and continue cross-departmental trainings.
