Pros
Easy job to get if you get referred / get in the sales team / snacks and cool staff All in all it's good pay, hour lunch break but don't disguise the job as "finance" .....its event planning and that was embarrassing to admit to my family/friends not gonna lie, especially when the people you are spamming more or less are mutual friends of your family. But hey, they got snacks.
Cons
Horrible CEO /Managers Expectations for hitting 30, yes THIRTY C level investment professionals a month is just a unrealistic goal. You are encouraged to blow up these high level executives who cast doubt on the legitimacy of the forums. The CEO treats his employees like trash exploiting/pressuring them to work past the hours outlined in the contract with zero compensation (i.e. Slave Labor.) Metrics are easy to hit everyday as most make fake calls and managers routinely invite fake guests to appease the tyrannical leader that is the CEO.
