Never receive training for job hired for in Jan 2017. Made formal complaints and finally received 2 days after.15 months of employment. You are not valued as an employee and never trained and are expected to teach yourself new processes. Zero engagement from leaders. All leaders in my department are armchair leaders and vever interact with direct reports. Never positive feedback. Only meetings with leadership are to tell you how terrible you are at your job. If you want a job where you are not trained, you want to feel unappreciated, never receive development or positive feedback then this would be the place for you. HR is not an advocate for employees here. They are coaches for management when complaints are made against them.
