Pros
Marsh is a great company - remote work, talented colleagues, excellent resources, decent bennies. Leadership has done a great job managing COVID-19. They did not cut salaries like another competitor did. Other than cancelling the internships, there were no lay-offs to my knowledge.
Cons
Compensation - Negotiate well before you accept a job offer in this joint. Retention Strategy - Terrible! No raises to base salaries. You will just receive a larger bonus each year, which is taxed higher than payroll. Do the math and you will be ticked.
