Backwards thinking - Account Manager Marsh Risk Employee Review

Toxic work culture. People throw each other under the bus and insult other employees, underwriters and clients behind their backs. Lack of diversity I heard a few racial slurs get thrown around with no consequences. Little opportunity for progression.
